Absolute IT Recruitment are working exclusively with a Managed Service Provider in Brent Cross on their 1st Line Support Engineer vacancy. You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced team and support organisations that range from SME’s to international market-leaders within their field.  

The successful 1st Line Support Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Working with Office365, Microsoft Server, Exchange and Active Directory.
  • Resolving technical issues within a range of Operating Systems.
  • Installing/configuring routers and switches.
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Log all calls within the system and respond effectively to enquiries.

The ideal 1st Line Support Engineer will have experience working within an MSP or a similar environment (i.e. providing support to a variety of users and technical environments). You will be working alongside an experienced team and will be familiar with escalating issues that cannot be resolved by yourself.
