2x 2nd Line Support Analyst (ITIL) - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Absolute IT Recruitment are proud to be working with a highly reputable client within the Healthcare Services sector. We are currently searching for 2 2nd Line Support Analysts join an established team focusing on the support it’s 6000 users across the UK. You will be working within a ITIL focused environment and therefore, experience of working in an ITIL structured environment previously is highly desirable. The right 2nd Line Support Analyst will be used to working in a high paced service desk and used to tackling 100 tickets a week. You’ll be working to SLA’s whilst utilising SysAid to track and update tickets each step of the way.
WFH / Office / Shift: Early: 7am - 3pm (This can be WFH)
Middle: 9am - 5pm (This needs to be worked from the HQ Onsite)
Late: 1pm - 9pm (This can be WFH)
Key experience required for the IT Support Analyst:
  • Experience of working in an ITIL Environment - Essential
  • ITIL Certified - Highly Desirable
  • Windows Desktop and Associated Apps
  • Exchange and Office 365 Support
  • Active Directory
  • Hardware Support inc. Printers
  • General Network Troubleshooting - LAN / WI-FI / Networked Equipment
