Major European fintech specialising in payments and digital assets require an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be overseeing the delivery of major product features and platform changes and will shape this role and its function. He/she/they will have experience in:
  • Managing a small, Agile development team that delivers a range of improvements to the payment's platform. Taking part in Agile ceremonies and daily stand-ups.
  • Leading teams in the day-to-day delivery of technology solutions
  • Review and improve processes on a continual basis to ensure delivery practices meet our objectives for safe delivery at pace
  • Liaising with senior business stakeholders
  • Ensuring the team is working on the right thing at the right time and have oversight and project responsibility.
He/she/they will have
  • Worked in an environment where Scrum Masters have thrived
  • Previous experience in project management, managing multiple, complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and techniques, where you are an advocate of Agile methodologies and are pragmatic about different methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience & strong skills using Agile working tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence or similar)
  • Assisted with internal & external stakeholders, improving transparency across cross functional
  • Previous background ideally in a fintech or financial services
