Managing the end to end recruitment process including:

  • Business Development - Although you will be joining a warm desk, you will work towards winning new clients and nurturing existing client relationships

  • Candidate generation - Using multiple channels including advertising, headhunting, marketing, social media and networking

  • Conducting telephone and face to face screening interviews to qualify candidates

  • Offering professional and informative advice to both candidates and clients regarding market conditions, salary benchmarking, interview tips, offer management etc.

  • Candidate engagement - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates

  • Continuously develop market knowledge


  • Educated to degree level (with a 2.1 or above)

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or IT/Technology.

  • Ambitious, self-motivated and confident individual

  • Inquisitive nature with a thirst for knowledge

  • Presentable and credible individual with excellent interpersonal skills
