My client is a leader in Analytics specialist for fraud and risk management. Using machine learning and anomaly detection, there ARIC platform helps financial institutions and organizations around the globe stop fraud in real time.

But they're more than just a tech company, there biggest asset is there people who are exceptionally talented and dedicated to fighting fraud and protecting their customers from risk.

Data science is at the heart of my client's cutting-edge Adaptive Behavioural Analytics technology. You will be building advanced statistical models and algorithms that infer and predict individual customer behaviours based on retail, online and e-commerce transaction data, reacting in real time to emerging situations.

Primary Objectives Of The Role Include
  • Line management of a team of Data Scientists, acting as both a coach and a mentor
  • Managing complex deliveries of the companies machine learning models into customer environments
  • Working with customers to understand the opportunities and constraints of their existing data in the context of machine learning and predictive modelling
  • Working with QA teams to advise on effective analytical testing
  • Managing team members on projects from the smallest to the very largest customer deployments

About You

Required skills:
  • Ph.D. or other postgraduate level qualification with good mathematical background and knowledge of statistics
  • Subject matter expertise in the banking and payments industry
  • Experience leading the deployment of machine learning models into high throughput, real-time prediction contexts
  • 4+ years commercial experience implementing statistical models and analytical algorithms in software
  • Experience in model governance, fair credit and fair lending compliance
