As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support a specific desk in providing quality bespoke recruitment services specifically around candidate sourcing and engagement, commercial activities and some administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an entry level Recruitment Resourcer role and could be ideal for someone wanting to build a career in recruitment.
- Candidate generation - Proactively sourcing relevant, high calibre candidates to introduce to our clients within our IT and Technology specialism. This will involve utilising multiple methods and channels including headhunting, re-generation, marketing, social media, networking etc
- Writing adverts to display on our website and other job boards in order to attract talent and screening applications.
- Conducting telephone and face to face screening interviews to qualify candidates
- Checking all necessary compliance documentation and updating on our database
- Maintain candidate engagement via regular contact to monitor progress
- Marketing candidates to our client base
- Support with administrative duties (i.e. branding CV’s, uploading candidates to the system etc.)
- Educated to degree level with a 2.1 or above
- Ability to thrive in a high performance, targeted environment
- Strong IT and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Previous administration/sales/recruitment experience will be an advantage
- Ability to think on your feet and learn from your mistakes (we all make them!)
