Absolute IT Recruitment are working alongside a high-growth organisation who are undergoing projects that include system migrations (SQL Server to Azure), application development and software modernisation. This organisation is now seeking a Senior BI Developer who has experience manipulating large data sets and working alongside senior stakeholders to identify (and then deliver a solution for) business requirements.

The successful Senior BI Developer will have the following attributes:

  • 5+ years experience working within a BI Developer role commercially.
  • Experience working with ETL tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Knowledge of BI Tools (Power BI, OLAP, SSRS, SSAS, Power Pivot, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience building data lakes / data warehouses.
  • Experience writing DAX/MDX queries for data extraction.
  • Advanced applied knowledge of T-SQL.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure.
  • Experience designing scalable and secure systems.
