Absolute IT Recruitment are working alongside a Managed Service Provider in Central London on their Service Desk Analyst vacancy. This company have established themselves as one of the leading MSP’s within London that place a focus on excellent customer service and exceptional technical understanding. In the past 6 months, the team have grown from 10 to 15 engineers and they now have a requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to join their exceptional team on a contract basis.

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst with the following experience:

  • Commercial experience working in a similar role within an MSP
  • An exceptional understanding of Windows (7/10), Windows Server and Exchange Server
  • Experience supporting cloud-based email solutions (Office365)
  • Knowledge of Virtual Environments
  • Knowledge of Cisco products
  • Familiarity with remote access tools such as Active Directory
  • Client-facing experience (and experience working to SLA’s)

The successful Service Desk Analyst will be joining an established technical team and will be responsible for troubleshooting and closing helpdesk tickets. Certifications associated to the field (i.e. MCP) are advantageous, although not essential. You will be joining an enthusiastic and dynamic team and the successful candidate will be an experienced Service Desk Analyst with experience working within an MSP.
