Absolute IT Recruitment are working alongside a Managed Service Provider in West London on their Service Desk Engineer vacancy. This company have established themselves as a one of the leading MSP’s within London and due to company growth they now have a requirement for a Service Desk Engineer to join their exceptional team.

We are seeking a Service Desk Engineer with the following experience:

  • Commercial experience working in a similar role within an MSP
  • An exceptional understanding of Windows 7, Windows 10 and Exchange
  • Experience supporting cloud based email solutions (Office365)
  • Familiarity with remote access tools such as Active Directory
  • Client-facing experience (and experience working to SLA’s)

The successful Service Desk Engineer will be joining an established technical team and will be working on a variety of projects on a daily basis. Certifications associated to the field (i.e. MCP) are advantageous, although not essential. You will be joining an enthusiastic and dynamic team and the successful candidate will be personable alongside being technical astute.
