A high-growth digital trading FinTech business in London is rapidly expanding their IT and Technology function after recently obtaining FCA approval. The successful Technical Support Engineer will be joining the business at an exciting time as they look to scale their internal technology function in London. You will report directly to the Head of IT, working closely with project managers, developers and key business stakeholders to 1st and 2nd Line Support to their trading platform current infrastructure.
As this Technical Support Engineer will sit within a newly-formed function in London, the successful Infrastructure Engineer will be required to be on-site in their Central London office 5 days a week as the business builds a collaborative culture. The successful Technical Support Engineer will have the following attributes:
3+ Years in a Technical Support Role. Ideally working in a smaller, non-enterprise environment where you get access to a wider range of infrastructure.
Experience troubleshooting Linux Server and Windows Server environment.
Experienced in the use and support of Zoom and MS Teams.
Supporting up to CxO level
Experience troubleshooting Cisco, PABX / Voice Telco
Involved in the delivery and support of IT related projects.
Experience working within a high-growth (ideally, fintech or trading) environment is highly desirable.
